95 nissan pathfinder- 03 nissan frontier?

does any 1 know if the supercharged v6- VG33 will bolt up in a 95 nissan pathfinder. i havent done any reasearch on it yet at all excpt for askin this question. i thought id start here before i went any further. if its not direct bolt in then what would i need to make it work aside from wire harness and ecu and all, just any fab work or certian mounts or anything.
