I don't know whats wrong with my hair because of bleaching n dyeing , plees help needed :(?

wait while your hair grows back in.. my hair used to be all dead because i dyed it like every week (i know its pointless, but i liked being different lol) but dont always think about dying it and you'll be fine.. am sure you can get a type of oil for your hair from sally salon supply, so just ask them :)
