What is the name of this crime and criminal suspect. what type of prison would they go to?

this actually happened like few weeks ago in oakland. three men went to a liquire store to buy beer and one of the men get into a arguement with a african american teenger wearing red(bloods) then the two men back the third man up and say that we are cool we are not gang members. then they all go to a party where they originally were at then next thing you know two cars stopped and pulled over and like twenty bloods(african american gangsters) come out and attack the three men and stab them with a knife. One of the three men died the next day after the stabbing and the other two are wounded and are in the hospital. the man who died got stabbed in the neck,tummy and three other places.
