I need an 'example' letter for a person who is an 'Enabler' of a drug addict!?

Are you sure he's on drugs? If his income is only $1700 per month and he keeps 4 kids fed they must be the cheapest drugs ever. Do you have any idea how much it cost just to keep a roof over 4 kids and feed them? He's not likely to have any money left for drugs. Its basic math.
