Is there any other way to get information about world except american websites and channels ??

The easiest way to go get news outside of american channels would probably be the BBC World News. I'm getting the gist that you do live in America, and the channel it's on is called BBCAmerica (original, right?). It would be pretty high up in the rare channels, but it's a nice break from all the other news stations if you can get it.
