You cant. You can send it as an attachment only. At this time there is no way to ebbed video in rich html emails. You can design an image that looks like a player and link it to the video for browser view. There is some talk of changing this situation but it won't be real for some time. Attaching the video may get the mail rejected as video has a very large file size. Most people will not want a huge email in the MB ballpark as a video certainly will be. Keep videos short and try to keep the file size down by selecting low-quality video settings. Many email accounts will reject attachments which are too large. Anything over 2MB is getting too big for simple video clips.
