How long until you think I should go to a doctor?

Well, I lost maybe 10 % of my hearing yesterday. I have a cold, a lot of fluid in my nose and throat (sorry tmi). I went to a concert last week and my ears were hurting so bad during it. :[ Well, today, they are killing me. I can hear up to 18 khz in both ears. But, my right ear, I can't hear as well. Like, if i touch my ear, the sound is kind of muffled. But other than that, it's fine. My nose is super runny, congested and i am coughing once in a while. My eyes kind of water once in a while. etc. Well, I am not sure if my hearing loss is from my cold, or from my iPod and the concert. When do these cold ear muffled things heal? Thanks.
