Is it possible for me to learn La Campanella?

Im 15 and I'm going for my 5th grade exam in a few months, BUT, i learn much higher level of pieces. I finished Rachmaninoff's C# minor prelude, Claire De lune, Minute waltz, Beethovens 1st sonata and 14th (not 3rd movement). Would you think that it would be possible for me to learn La Campanella. I have about a 9 key stretch (I have small hands)? I am prepared for it to take a while. But i would just like your opinion .All answers appreciated :).
