Is a Steel frame okay for a bmx bike?

well if you are just a beginner and dont use your bike for any big tricks or anything it should be fine, but i had an old dyno with a steel frame and it got nasty cracks in the frame so if you plan on doing anything stressful on the bike i would suggust chromium-molybdenum (CrMo) its stronger and will stand up to more than steel
