So who should get the kids? Brit or K-fed?

Lets face facts. The person who is really going to end up getting the kids is either Brit's nanny or K-fed's nanny. So the question isn't who would be the better parent, the question is who can hire the best help because it's the help that's going to end up raising those kids while Brit and K-fed spend their time partying.
