What does this hypnosis term mean ?

ive been really into learning how to hypnotize my friends lately, just like make them faint er whatever. anyways ive been watching these videos on youtube and this guy can hypnotize his friend like super fast. and he said that she was extremely condtioned. what does that mean? and how can i figure out if i am extremely conditioned er not ? please help !!
