I've had a conraceptive coil for 5 years+.. can this be causing my l bleeding/spotting?

I'm uming you have the 10-year IUD. Right? I'm wondering if you're beginning menopause, and if so, if the coil is still your best birth control option. Menopause can cause irregular bleeding at first. Your doctor wants to look you over before making any umptions. I hope she'll be able to tell you what's happening!
