Name of a certain film i cant remember!!!!

Ok guys id appreciate any help here! i watched a film ages ago and always forgot the title! It started off when a woman went to her mates house to celebrate something like christmas and she got kidnapped. the dude took her to some remote place! where it was proper snowing! anyways she realised he also kidnapped a girl called 'ariel' who had been kidnapped for ages! and she aims to escape with the girl ... ne one know the name ? it was a fantastic film ! many thanks !
